I began my journey in real estate, specialising in commercial property and facilities management in the heart of London.
I came back to Tasmania in 2020 and started working with Curo Property Services. It was a challenge at first because every client and property has its differences. This required me to grow and adapt. I’ve been able to use my background and skills to focus on building strong relationships and delivering quality service here in Tasmania.
In 2021, I finished my Property degree at Massey University, and in 2023, I added a Diploma of Property Services from the Real Estate Institute of Tasmania to my qualifications. When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me near the water. I’ve spent time working as a commercial diver, and that experience has sparked a real love for freediving, especially when the Tasmanian weather plays along.
NIMITHA DANIEL
I am a passionate professional in the Real Estate industry, specialising in commercial property management. I am deeply committed to delivering exceptional service and creating long-term value for my clients and stakeholders.
My solid academic foundation, holding a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Management, combined with my prior experience as a Tax Accountant, provides me with strong financial acumen and analytical skills. This background enables me to approach property management with precision and strategic insight.
Having lived in multiple countries, I bring a global perspective and a natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. Since relocating to Australia in 2006, I have gained valuable regional experience in Northwest Queensland, and I have called Tasmania home since 2021.
Beyond my professional role, I am deeply passionate about community engagement and strive to make a positive impact through both my career achievements and personal initiatives. I love volunteering and contributing to causes that enhance the well-being of others.
