Managing, sometimes multiple, properties takes time - time that our clients don't have. That's why as property experts, we're entrusted with managing people's biggest assets and all the requirement that comes with owning commercial property.

OUR STORY
OVER THE YEARS
1991
Brigid began managing her first commercial property.
2011
Curo Property Services was formed, 12 Commercial properties under management by Brigid. Membership of the Real Estate Institute of Tasmania obtained. Property Management licence granted through the Property Agents Board of Tasmania.
2012-2019
Curo’s portfolio grows from 12 to 30 commercial properties under management.
2020-2022
Rogan completes his property degree from Massey University and joins the Curo Property Services team as a property representative. Curo’s portfolio grows from 12 to 30 commercial properties under management.
BRIGID RITCHIE
CURO PROPERTY MANAGER
I started managing commercial properties 30 years ago. Just over a decade ago, I became a Licensed Managing Agent through the Real Estate Institute of Tasmania and established Curo Property Services.
As Curo has flourished, I have strived to achieve the best possible results for our clients and I am proud of the relationships we have built.
Born and bred in Tasmania, my passion for the state reflects my love of life. When I'm not in the office you can find me spending time with family and friends, walking our dogs on the beach, or unwinding at the end of the day with a wonderful local wine or gin from the region. Cheers!
ROGAN ADAMS
CURO PROPERTY REPRESENTATIVE
I started my real estate career in London, specialising in commercial property management and facilities management.
In 2020 I returned to Tasmania, commencing work with Curo Property Services. The diversity of skills and relationships needed to meet our clients’ needs draws on my past experience and has inspired me to pursue further education.
I completed a Property Degree through Massey University in 2021 and I am currently studying a Diploma of Property Services through the Real Estate Institute of Tasmania.
When I'm not at the office you will find me freediving whenever the weather permits (having once worked as a commercial diver) or hiking in the Tasmanian wilderness.
